Email our support team with your order number and the specific items you wish to return to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the unused and unopened items in their original shipping boxes, ensuring the RMA number is clearly written on the outside of the package.
Ship the Items
Send your return package via a trackable shipping method to our distribution center address provided by your support representative.
Receive Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods for quality assurance, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
