Can I return food or beverage products?
Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on food or beverage items once they have left our warehouse. If your items arrived damaged, please contact our support team within 48 hours.

Yes, we offer competitive wholesale pricing and bulk discounts for coffee shops, restaurants, and boba tea shops. You can apply for a wholesale account through our business portal.
What is the shelf life of your syrups and powders?
Most of our syrups and powders have a shelf life of 12 to 24 months. Specific expiration dates are printed on each individual package for your reference.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, LollicupStore ships within the contiguous United States, Alaska, and Hawaii. We are working on expanding our logistics to support international shipping in the near future.
How can I track my package?
